Weight Watchers Points for Starbucks

WW Starbucks Choices

Do you ever end up at Starbucks and have no clue what to order on the Weight Watchers Program?  No worries!  I have you covered…sort of. As you know, WW changed its plan. However, the theory is the same. Less sugar and fat make for lower points. With that said, here are the best Starbucks options for me on my personal WW plan. Here’s a list of Weight Watcher SmartPoints® on the program. Honestly, it’s sort of common sense. Anything will full-fat milk or sugar is going to be more SmartPoints® values. But, you can often “game” the system by subbing out fat or sugar with other things. For example, flavored coffee syrups can replace sugar, and almond milk is a terrific swap for regular milk. The people at Starbucks are so awesome at accommodating you.

Also, I am not a fancy-schmancy coffee drinker. So, I often opt for black coffee (which is zero Points) and “eat” my points with a yummy item.  To the black coffee, I’ll just add some Splenda or sugar-free syrup.  I know I’m unusual.  Most people go to Starbucks for one of the signature drinks.   So, I’m thinking of those folks with this list.

Here is a list of Weight Watchers SmartPoints® for Starbucks on the Blue Plan.  I’m only listing those drinks that are low to reasonable points.  The ones worth 27 points need not be on this list or on my current journey.

Also, it’s important you know these are just my faves or “go to” items when I go to Starbucks. I can’t enter the entire menu, but if you ask, I may be able to run the points for you on your favorite items. Maybe…if time allows. 🙂

Ok. The Pumpkin Spice Latte is delicious. However, it’s just as mysterious. If you do a Grande with 2% milk and whipped cream, it’s as much as 18 points. They don’t tell you exactly how much saturated fat is in it, so I couldn’t calculate it precisely.

You can cut it almost in half with soy milk, make it a short, with the whipped cream. It would be 10 points. Nix the whipped cream and it’s 8 points.
