One unique Christian woman blogger over 40!
I’m so glad you visited GodsyGirl.com! Being a Christian woman blogger over 40 has been part of my passion for several years. Writing gives me energy, and training gives me life! I’m working on my proofreading skills, but the typos are part of my ‘charm.’ Not really, but I’m working on them. 😉
Furthermore, being a Christian woman blogger over 40 years old has been an incredible journey of faith and self-discovery. With each passing year, I’ve found a deeper connection to my Lord Jesus Christ and a growing sense of purpose in sharing my experiences and insights with others.
This is a platform that allows me to weave the tapestry of my life into stories of faith, resilience, and hope and to offer a relatable perspective on the challenges and joys of the Christian walk. I hope it blesses you.
I can be a big sister or virtual mentor!
As a more mature blogger, I embrace the opportunity to mentor and uplift others, especially women who may be navigating similar life stages and seeking spiritual guidance.
It’s a privilege to be a source of encouragement and a voice of faith in a digital world that sometimes lacks depth and authenticity.
Above all, it’s a calling to continue growing in faith, living out God’s love, and sharing the message of His grace with a global community of Christian believers.
A more little about me – a Christian Woman Blogger over 40
A little about me: I came to know the Lord Jesus Christ in a personal relationship at age seventeen. You can read my full testimony here.
The term “GodsyGirl” came to me then because I wanted to associate myself with a term other than what most of my peers called me – nerd.
GodsyGirl sounded better.
As a pseudo-grownup, I am married to a senior pastor and work as a small business consultant. My hubby-bubby and I have one boy and one young man.
I was born into a family of four boys. I came last. Being a Christian gave me what my parents couldn’t – sisters. GodsyGirl.Com is a means for meeting new ones and connecting with those I already know. It’s an expression of my faith and creativity. I hope it blesses you!
Professionally speaking, I am extremely fascinated with building teams, personal awareness, and the role personalities play in each.
Being a Pastor’s Wife
I also blog about my life as a pastor’s wife at Married to a Pastor.com. Being a pastor’s wife brings many adventures. But, it has also brought some struggles. Fortunately, the good far outweighs the “bad.”
Learning from being a senior pastor’s wife has been an enriching journey that has taught me invaluable lessons about faith, service, and community. Undoubtedly, it’s a role that requires strength and humility, as I’ve had the privilege of supporting my husband’s ministry while building meaningful connections within our congregation.
Through the highs and lows, I’ve discovered the power of genuine compassion and the importance of walking alongside others in their spiritual journeys. Being a senior pastor’s wife has deepened my faith and shown me the beauty of a faith community that comes together in worship, fellowship, and love.
It has taught me to:
Trust God’s approval over people’s approval. He’s the most important one, anyway.
To cling to my identity in the Lord. He’s the most important one, anyway.
To “John 15,” Him every day and every minute. As I abide in Him, I get stronger. He’s the most important one, anyway.
Life is grand, and God is faithful.
