If you are a writer or blogger who shares my passion for uplifting content grounded in biblical principles, I’d love for you to consider writing a guest blog post for GodsyGirl!
To ensure consistency and quality, please follow these guidelines when submitting your article.
Submission Guidelines:
Content Focus:
- Articles should align with our mission to support and empower Christian women in their daily lives.
- Topics may include, but are not limited to, faith, food, organization skills, personal growth, women’s ministry, relationships, family, wellness, and everyday life from a Christian perspective. As a Christian lifestyle blog, the sky is the limit!
Originality:
- All submissions must be original and not previously published elsewhere.
- Please avoid plagiarism and ensure all quotes and references are properly cited, wherever applicable.
- While it may be used to augment the article, it should not be written with 100 percent artificial intelligence.
Article Length:
- Aim for 800-1,200 words per article.
- Ensure content is well-structured with clear, concise language.
Format:
- Submit articles in a Word document or Google Doc.
- Use 12-point Times New Roman font, double-spaced, with 1-inch margins.
Tone and Style:
- Maintain an engaging, encouraging, and conversational tone.
- Write in the first or third person and avoid overly academic language.
- Ensure your article is biblically sound and aligns with Christian values.
Scripture References:
- If applicable, include relevant Bible verses to support your points.
- Use a recognized translation (e.g., NIV, ESV, KJV) and cite the translation used.
Author Bio:
- Provide a brief bio (2-5 sentences) including your name, background, and any relevant credentials or experiences you’d like to share.
- You may include a link to your website or social media profiles.
Editing:
- Submissions may be edited for clarity, grammar, and style.
- We will collaborate with you for any significant changes.
Submission Process:

- Include your bio and a headshot photo if available.
Response Time:
- I aim to respond to submissions within 2-3 weeks.
- If your article is accepted, you will be notified of the publication date.
